2. Can I pick up my new ORIENT watch from your store?

3. If I don't like my ORIENT watch, can I get a refund or exchange?

Can. In order to give you a better shopping experience, our store provides product return and exchange services for up to 30 days for ORIENT watches shipped by mail or SF Express.

All ORIENT watches are brand new and unused, have not had their tags or watch wrapping removed, and are in resaleable condition. Our store provides refund or exchange services. When a customer wishes to return an item, please contact our staff first and present proof of purchase (i.e. receipt, maintenance card, etc.). The waiter will provide the guest with the return and exchange method. After we receive the return and confirm that the condition of the goods meets the requirements of the return policy, we will immediately process the refund and send a confirmation email.

All ORIENT watches must be returned in their original packaging and in original condition including all accessories. Products that have been used, damaged, worn, dirty or washed cannot be returned. Items must be returned together with any gifts included with the purchase, otherwise the value of the gifts will be deducted from the refund. For products that have been purchased for more than 30 days, we will not be able to provide return or exchange services. Customers must contact the brand directly for maintenance and repair.

The ORIENT watches we sell are licensed in Hong Kong and all provide official maintenance. The general maintenance of ORIENT watches is as follows: Maintenance only applies to ORIENT watch movements, hands, dials or defects caused during production.

If the ORIENT watch is damaged due to accident, neglect, unauthorized maintenance, water (except waterproof watches), or damage caused by factors other than materials or production, the watch will not be repaired.

Please present the completed maintenance card and original purchase receipt (LAM WORKSHOP invoice) to obtain maintenance services provided by the service center. If it is confirmed that the problem with the watch is within the scope of maintenance, or if the customer has defects caused by materials or production under normal use, the service center will repair or replace the product. All maintenance costs will be waived.

5. I live outside Hong Kong and Macau . ORIENT Can the watch be shipped to my home?

If you are outside Hong Kong and Macau , your watch will be Sent by e-Express .
