purchase steps
1.1 I found the watch I want to buy on your website, how should I buy it?
STEP 1: Add the item to the shopping cart (ADD TO CART)
Choose your favorite watch or strap, add the item to the shopping cart, and select the required quantity in the shopping cart.
STEP 2: Checkout (PROCEED TO CHECKOUT)
Fill in your billing details (BILLING DETAILS) and delivery address, please double check your delivery address and contact number.
STEP 3: Pay for the goods (PAYMENT)
Choose credit card or PAYPAL to pay your bill. Customers who use bank deposit/transfer/Payme/FPS please directly Whatsapp +852 6231 1939 .
STEP 4: Send the goods (DELIVERY)
After payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us. We will ship the item on the next working day after receiving the email.
• Self-pick-up point at SF Express Station: You can pick up the goods at the self-pick-up point 3-5 days after payment.
(Please fill in the SF Express branch address you choose directly in the Shipping address)
•Delivery to the designated address by registered mail: Receive the goods within 3-4 working days after payment.
Payment by credit card / Paypal, the goods will be sent out after the next working day. Payment is made by bank transfer. After the goods are received and shipped, the system will send the tracking number to your designated email address, which is convenient for users to check the location of the goods.
1.2 I have chosen PAYPAL as the payment method, do I need to open a PAYPAL account?
Need not. You only need to have a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card to pay by credit card, and we do not charge any additional fees. Paypal will not ask you to open a Paypal account during the process.

1.3 If I want to pay by bank transfer, how should I pay?
The website can only provide credit card purchase service for the time being. If you want to use bank deposit/transfer/Payme/FPS as payment method, please directly Whatsapp +852 6231 1939 .
Guests can choose:

2. Deposit funds in person at the bank counter / deposit machine

At present, our store has Hang Seng Bank and Bank of China accounts. After credit or deposit, the customer must send the transaction receipt to us via Whatsapp/Facebook Inbox/Instagram Direct/Email). After confirming the payment, we will reply immediately and send your new watch the next day.
PS If the transfer is made by ATM, Hang Seng Bank can accept transfers from Hang Seng and HSBC accounts. Bank of China accepts all UnionPay bank transfers, including Standard Chartered Bank, Bank of East Asia and other 19 bank accounts.

2.1 Why are the prices of watches cheaper than watches in specialty stores?
LAM WORKSHOP takes the online platform as the main sales channel. As a result, the rent we save is reflected in the price of the watch. Plus, with discounted prices and convenient shipping, we sell more watches than the average retail store every day. In the case of a large order quantity, the discounts that manufacturers of various brands can provide are also relatively large .
2.2 I just placed a new order, when will I receive my new watch?
LAM WORKSHOP currently provides 2 shipping methods, covering most of the world. The services are provided by DHL Express and SF Express respectively. All watches sent out are traceable, and a tracking number will be provided to guests by email after they are sent out.

Customers are welcome to place an order and pick it up today. If the customer wants to pick up the goods by self-pickup, please follow the steps below to purchase:
1. Put the product in the shopping cart and select checkout
2. Select "Deliver to an Address to the designated residential/company address (free shipping in Hong Kong and Macau)"
3. Select "Pickup" under Shipping Method
4. Check out according to the general situation
Estimated pick-up time for in-stock products Every day, you can receive an email pick-up notification before 3pm if you place an order before 2-9pm. Receive a pick-up notification within about 2 hours after placing an order at 9pm. Receive an email pick-up notification before 3pm tomorrow.

LAM WORKSHOP currently uses SF Express as the delivery method for Hong Kong and Macau. All areas outside Hong Kong and Macau will be delivered by DHL. If customers want to deliver in other ways, please contact us directly via Whatsapp / Signal: +852 9458 6821 .

2.3 Can I go to your store to pick up my new watch?
Our store is located in Mongkok.

Business hours: Monday to Sunday 2-9pm (open on public holidays)
Guests can choose to go to our physical store to buy or try on the watch. Only watches purchased in physical stores are not allowed to be returned or exchanged. Customers should check the condition of the watch by themselves before purchasing at the store.
Guests can also learn more on Website, Whatsapp, Facebook Inbox, Instagram Direct or Email. Our attendants provide the utmost attention and help you choose the right watch for you and your loved ones.
2.4 If I don't like my new watch, can I get a refund or exchange it?
Can. In order to enable you to have a better shopping experience, watches purchased on our website provide a product return service of up to 30 days. All watches are brand new and unused, and the tags have not been removed and are in a state of resale. Our store provides refund or exchange services.
When the customer wants to return the product, please contact our waiter first, and the waiter will provide the customer with a return method. After we receive the return and confirm that the condition of the item meets the requirements of the return policy, we will immediately process the refund* and send a confirmation email. Please show proof of purchase (i.e. receipt, credit card record, customer service card, etc.). All watches must be in their original packaging and may be returned in their original condition including all accessories.
Refundable products do not include watches given as gifts under any promotion. Used, soiled or washed products cannot be returned. For products that have been purchased for more than 30 days, we will not be able to provide return and exchange services. Customers must contact the brand directly for maintenance and repair.
*Please note that the transaction fee is charged by the credit card company and is therefore non-refundable
2.5 Is my watch serviced?
The watches we sell are licensed in Hong Kong, and all provide 1-3 years of official warranty, depending on the warranty terms provided by the brand.
The general maintenance of watches is as follows: Maintenance is only applicable to the watch movement, hands, dial or defects caused by production. Watches are not warranted if they have been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized repairs, exposure to water (except for water-resistant watches), or damage not caused by material or production. Please present a valid maintenance certificate or the original purchase receipt (document sent via EMAIL) to obtain the maintenance service provided by the service center.
If it is confirmed that the problem of the watch is within the scope of maintenance, or the customer has defects caused by materials or production under normal use, the service center will repair or replace the product. And the maintenance fee will be free.
2.6 I live outside Hong Kong and Macau, can the watch be shipped to my home?
If you are outside Hong Kong and Macau, your watch will be sent by DHL. Destinations cover the following countries and regions: United States, Canada, Brazil, France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Poland, Turkey, Israel, Russia, Mainland China , Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Macau, Vietnam, Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Australia and New Zealand. For other locations and delivery methods, please consult customer service first.

2.7 The watch I bought is intended to be given to a friend as a gift, will the watch provide any packaging?
Any watch you buy in LAM WORKSHOP is packed in the original watch box, which is also very suitable for gift giving or personal use. Included in the mailer is a nice sticker and thank you card. As a gift, your satisfaction is guaranteed.
In addition, we provide Hong Kong Post Office and SF Express self-collection points to collect watches. You only need to provide your name and phone number that can receive SMS text messages, and choose a pick-up point near your friend to create a small surprise for your friend.
