STEP 1: 把貨品加入購物車 (Add the item to the shopping cart)
選擇你心宜的手錶或其他貨品，把貨品添加到購物車內。選取所有貨品後，點擊右上角的購物車，在購物車內選擇所需的數量。Choose the watch or other product that suits your preference, and add the item to your shopping cart. After selecting all the desired items, click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner. Within the shopping cart, select the quantity you require for each item.

STEP 2: 選擇你的取貨方式 (Select your preferred method of order pickup or delivery)

選擇分別是: 1. 送到任何地址 (HK/International) 2. 送到順豐站/順豐智能櫃 (HK/Macau only)

如你不打算選擇在順豐於香港或澳門的自取點取貨，包括發送到國際的訂單，可直接選擇1。

The available delivery options are:
1. Ship to an address (HK/International)
2. Ship to an SF Express pick-up point (HK/Macau only)

If you do not plan to pick up your order from an SF Express location in Hong Kong or Macau, including orders shipped internationally, you can directly select option 1.

STEP 3: 結帳 (Proceed to checkout)
填寫你的配送和付款資料，請重覆檢查你所填寫的Email，送貨地址和聯絡電話。Enter your shipping and payment information. Please double-check the email address, delivery address, and contact phone number you have provided.

如你希望使用 銀行存款/轉帳/Payme/轉數快FPS 的客人請於直接Whatsapp +852 9458 6821。For customers who wish to use bank deposit/transfer, PayMe, or FPS as the payment method, please contact us directly via WhatsApp at +852 9458 6821.

STEP 4: 發送貨品(Ship the order)
在支付款項後，閣下會收到我們的確認電郵。在收到電郵的下一個工作天，我們會把貨物寄出。After making the payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us. On the next business day after you receive the email, we will ship out your order.

寄出貨物後，系統會把追蹤號碼發送至閣下之指定電郵，方便用戶查詢貨品位置。

After the item is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to your designated email, allowing you to check the status of your shipment.

No, you don't need to open a new PayPal account. You can just use your existing Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card to make the payment, and we won't charge any additional fees. During the process, PayPal will not require you to open a PayPal account.

- Your financial information will not be exposed when paying for items.
- Fast checkout - you can complete the payment in 30 seconds after linking to the PayPal website.
- You don't need to open a PayPal account to pay by credit card.

P.S. 如以ATM方式進行轉帳，恆生銀行可接受由恆生及匯豐銀行帳戶的轉帳。中國銀行則接受所有銀聯銀行，包括渣打銀行，東亞銀行等19家銀行帳戶的轉帳。

 Our website currently only provides credit card payment services. If customers wish to use bank deposit/transfer/Payme/FPS as payment methods, please directly WhatsApp us at +852 9458 6821.

Customers can choose:

We currently have Hang Seng Bank and Bank of China accounts. After the deposit or transfer, customers need to send the transaction receipt to us via WhatsApp/Facebook Inbox/Instagram Direct/Email. Upon confirmation of the payment, we will respond immediately and ship your new watch the next day.

P.S. For ATM transfer, Hang Seng Bank accepts transfers from Hang Seng and HSBC bank accounts. Bank of China accepts transfers from all UnionPay banks, including Standard Chartered Bank, Bank of East Asia, etc.

Furthermore, through offering discounted prices and convenient delivery services, we are able to sell a higher volume of watches per day compared to traditional retailers. Given our substantial order quantities, we also benefit from deeper discounts provided by the brand manufacturers.

For orders shipped to Hong Kong or Macau, the delivery time is 2-3 days. For orders shipped to Mainland China or other international regions (including Taiwan, the UK, US, Australia, Singapore, etc.), the delivery time is 3-7 days.

自取Walk-in Pickup

歡迎客人即日下單並自取。如客人想以自取方式取貨，請按以下步驟購買:

1. 把產品放到購物車並選擇結帳

2. 選擇「送到任何地址 (HK/International)」

3. 在配送方式下選擇「店內取貨」/「Pickup in store」

4. 按照一般情況結帳即可

Customers are welcome to order and pick up their items on the same day. If you wish to pick up your order in-store, please follow these steps:

1. Add your desired products to the cart and proceed to checkout.

3. Under Delivery Method, choose "Pickup in store".

Customers have the option to visit our physical retail store to purchase or try on watches. However, watches purchased at our brick-and-mortar location are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We kindly request that customers thoroughly inspect the watch condition before making a purchase at our store location.

可以。為了使你能更好的購物體驗，於本店網站購買的手錶提供長達 30 天的產品退換服務。所有手錶在全新未使用，未有拆除吊牌及維持可轉售狀態下，本店均提供退款或換貨服務。

Yes. To provide you with a better shopping experience, watches purchased on our online store are eligible for a 30-day product return and exchange service. All watches, when returned in brand new, unused condition with the tags intact and resalable, will be accepted for a refund or exchange by our store.

When a customer wishes to return an item, please first contact our customer service team, who will provide the customer with the return and exchange process. After we receive the returned item and confirm that the product condition meets the return policy requirements, we will immediately process the refund* and send a confirmation email. Please provide the proof of purchase (i.e., receipt, credit card statement, customer service card, etc.). All watches must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories.

Products eligible for a refund do not include watches provided as gifts during any promotional campaigns. Used, soiled, or washed products cannot be returned. For products purchased more than 30 days ago, we will not be able to provide a return or exchange service, and the customer must contact the brand directly for servicing and repairs.

*Please note that the transaction processing fee charged by the credit card company cannot be refunded.

我們出售的手錶是香港行貨，均提供1-3年的官方保養，視乎品牌提供的保養條款。

手錶一般保養如下:保養只適用於手錶的機芯、指針、錶盤或生產時造成的瑕疵。如手錶因意外、疏忽、未經授權的維修、入水（除防水錶外），或因非物料或生產而造成的損壞，手錶均不獲保養。請出示有效的保養證明書或購買收據正本 (經EMAIL發送的單據)，以獲取服務中心提供的保養服務。

如證實手錶的問題隸屬保養範圍內，或客人在正常使用下出現因物料或生產造成的瑕疵，服務中心將對產品進行維修或更換。而當中的維修費用將會全免。

The watches we sell are Hong Kong authorized products, all of which come with 1-3 years of official manufacturer's warranty, depending on the brand's warranty terms.

The general warranty coverage is as follows: The warranty applies only to the movement, hands, dial, or defects caused during manufacturing. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, unauthorized repairs, water exposure (except for water-resistant watches), or any other damage not related to materials or production. Please present a valid warranty certificate or the original purchase receipt (emailed order confirmation) to obtain warranty service at our service centers.

If the watch issue is determined to fall within the warranty coverage, or the customer experiences a defect due to materials or production under normal use, the service center will repair or replace the product free of charge.

Any watch you purchase from LAM WORKSHOP comes packaged in the original watch box, which is suitable whether you are giving it as a gift or keeping it for personal use.

Additionally, we offer a Shunfeng self-pickup point service. You simply need to provide your friend's name and a mobile phone number that can receive SMS, then select a convenient self-pickup location near your friend, and we can create a little surprise for them.

由2020年5月16日起台灣已實施進口人實名制登記，所有於台灣的進口件收件人都需要完成實名認證註冊以保障收件人的權益及安全。由於Lam Workshop的手錶一律由香港寄出，屬台灣進口件，台灣收件人請在下單後完成實名認證，以便更順利完成貨件清關。

Since May 16, 2020, Taiwan has implemented a real-name registration system for import recipients. All import recipients in Taiwan need to complete real-name authentication registration to protect the rights and safety of the recipient.

As Lam Workshop's watches are all shipped from Hong Kong, they are considered imports to Taiwan. Taiwan recipients need to complete the real-name authentication after placing their order, in order to facilitate the customs clearance process smoothly.

The real-name authentication app is called EZ WAY APP.
