  1. If I don't like my TYLOR watch, can I get a refund or exchange?

Can. In order to give you a better shopping experience, our store provides a product return service of up to 30 days for TYLOR watches sent by mail and SF Express.

All TYLOR watches are new and unused, without removing the tag and watch coating, and are in a resalable state. Our store provides refund or exchange services. When the customer wishes to return the product, please contact our waiter first and present the proof of purchase (receipt and warranty card, etc.). The waiter will provide the customer with the method of return and exchange. After we receive the return and confirm that the condition of the item meets the requirements of the return policy, we will process the refund immediately and send a confirmation email.

All TYLOR watches must be kept in their original packaging and may be returned in their original condition including all accessories. Products that have been used, damaged, spent, soiled or washed cannot be returned. Items must be returned with any free gifts included with the purchase, otherwise the value of the free gifts will be deducted from the refund. For products that have been purchased for more than 30 days, we will not be able to provide return and exchange services. Customers must contact the brand directly for maintenance and repair.

  1. Is my TYLOR watch serviced?

The TYLOR watches we sell are licensed in Hong Kong and come with an official warranty. The general maintenance of TYLOR watches is as follows: The maintenance is only applicable to the movement, hands, dial or defects caused by the production of TYLOR watches.

TYLOR watches are not warranted if they are damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized repairs, exposure to water (except for water-resistant watches), or damage not caused by materials or production.

Please present the completed warranty card and the original purchase receipt (LAM WORKSHOP invoice) to obtain the warranty service provided by the service center. If it is confirmed that the problem of the watch is within the scope of maintenance, or the customer has defects caused by materials or production under normal use, the service center will repair or replace the product. And the maintenance fee will be free.

  1. I live outside Hong Kong and Macau , can TYLOR watches be shipped to my home?

If you are outside Hong Kong and Macau , your watch will be sent by e-Express of Hong Kong Post Office. Destinations cover the following countries and regions: United States, Canada, Brazil, France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Poland, Turkey, Israel, Russia, Mainland China , Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Macau, Vietnam, Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Australia and New Zealand. For other locations and delivery methods, please consult customer service first.

We will provide you with tracking data for TYLOR watches, so that you can always know the status of your watch delivery. It takes 18 - 25 days to reach the recipient in most major destination cities.
